Undergraduate Checklist:
Be informed
- Review your SDSU email regularly. All Global Campus students are expected to communicate via their SDSU email.
- Review your my.SDSU account and resolve any Registration Holds and Tasks to prevent issues or delays with course registration.
- Track your Degree Progress on your Degree Evaluation.
Be sure to monitor your grade point average (SDSU & overall) every semester to ensure you are in good academic standing.
Take action each semester
- Enroll in courses approved by your Student Success Advisor
- Registration dates and deadlines can be found on the Global Campus Academic Calendar.

Complete a Leave of Absence form, if you are not planning to register for courses this semester.
Connect with your Student Success Advisor each term.
- Plan your semester courses during designated Advising months and map out your expected graduation term.
- Gain support regarding Academic Notice and Course Repeat/Forgiveness
- Utilize tools to verify lower division, major required courses that meet SDSU transfer articulations.
Financial Resources
- Pay your SDSU Tuition and Fees via my.SDSU and select the Financial Account tile.
- Apply for Financial Aid every year.
- Apply for SDSU Scholarships during the Spring term.

Apply for Graduation & Attend Commencement
- Graduation is not automatic, you must apply. Learn about the graduation process and deadlines on the Office of the Registrar website.
- As a Global Campus student, you can attend the SDSU in-person commencement ceremonies held annually at the end of the spring semester, celebrating students who complete their degrees in the spring and summer terms or the previous fall. If you wish to participate in commencement, be sure to apply for graduation and register for Commencement by the deadline.
